ORDERING / SHIPPING / WARRANTY INFORMATION
 

ORDERING INFORMATION
To insure that your order is manufactured and finished accurately, please provide full and complete information. All custom orders must be signed and approved days before manufacturing.

Items to check are:

  • Quantity: Accurate counts are crucial.
  • Part Number: Besides basic accuracy of Part Number, check for suffixes to indicate items such as Height-Length-Diameter-Style-Finish.
  • Finish: The extensive selection of Powdercoat finishes makes it imperative that you specify the correct finish.

PHONE ORDERS
All additions/corrections/deletions (quantities, shipping addresses, finish, etc.) on orders must be supported in writing by the customer. Duplicate orders received are the responsibilities of the customer. Return of duplicate orders will carry 25% handling/salvage charge and must be returned freight prepaid.

MATCH-UP ORDERS
If an order is to match a previous order, it must be clearly stated. Please supply original invoice number and date.

NOTE: IBWorks cannot be responsible for products discontinued by our suppliers. Also, due to improvements in manufacturing technology, it may be impractical to duplicate some discontinued designs.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1% cash discount 10 days. Net 30 days. A service charge will be added on accounts that remain unpaid beyond our stated terms. The rate of interest will be 1-1/2% per month (annual percentage rate of 18%). All orders are subject to approval by IBWorks Credit Department.

NEW ACCOUNTS: Any customer placing an order with IBWorks, who does not have an established line of credit with IBWorks, is required to place a minimum 50% deposit with the order. The order will be processed and balance will be due before shipment.

Existing customers requiring custom work shall be required to place a 30% deposit.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
Orders can not be canceled or changed without approval from IBWorks. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred before IBWorks receiving the cancellation/change.

SHIPMENT OF GOODS AND
DAMAGE CLAIMS

Shipping will be made "best way" unless carrier preference is shown. If carrier shown does not serve IBWorks point of shipment, we will make shipment by most practical way. All shipments are freight collect unless otherwise specified.

IBWorks is not responsible for damage in transit. Variances in transit, or delays in transit, variances in order quantity of specifications must be communicated to IBWorks within 10 days of receipt. Any shortage, or sign of damage, should be noted on the freight bill before accepting delivery. The purchaser should notify the carrier at once to request inspection and claims instructions. Concealed damage claims must be filled within 10 days of receipt of shipment.

Refusal to accept goods from the carrier does not relieve the purchaser of responsibility of payment and filing claims in the prescribed manner. All good becomes the property of the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.

RETURNS
NO return merchandise will be accepted without a return Authorization number (RA#) from IBWorks.

MAINTENANCE
To insure durability and longevity of the product, it is important to clean and care for the merchandise properly.

LIMITED WARRANTY
IBWorks warrants products manufactured by this company against defective material or technique for one year from date of purchase. The warranty does not apply to any product that has been altered or subjected to misuse, negligence or accident.

IBWorks' obligation under this warranty is limited to credit for, or replacement, of the defective item.

IBWorks WILL NOT ASSUME LABOR CHARGES TO UNAUTHORIZED FIELD REPAIRS. In no case shall liability under this warranty exceed the original price of the defective item. To make a claim under this warranty, contact IBWorks for written Return Authorization. DO NOT return merchandise without written authorization.

 
         
PRIVACY POLICY
 

We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except where may be required by law. Your privacy is important to us and we hold client data in the strictest confidence and securely so. We will only contact you if you ask us to, or if you specifically give us permission too.

 

 

We will follow-up via email, postal mail and/or phone concerning catalog requests and inquiries for our products and services.

If you ever decide you no longer care to receive information or updates from us, we will remove you from our contact list(s) upon your request.
